Vivian Company was thrilled to partner w/ Pioneer College Caterers and Bryan College for a turnkey casework configuration. We fabricated and produced casework for their dining hall which included a pizza station, a bake shoppe, a breakfast bar, a salad station, multiple beverage stations, as well as a made to order food station, just to name a few. From the prep areas, all the way to the POS stations, the design was created to generate a great flow through for an expedited processing of customers.
